As part of the program, I will assist you in arranging your accommodations.

Apartment rentals for 2 weeks minimum

The first option is renting an apartment. Nice is the ideal place to have a holiday learning and to relax in tranquillity in a beautiful apartment.You enjoy the comfort , the intimacy, the security of your own place while also receiving private, intensive French lessons 15 to 22.5 hours per week at home.

The apartment rental supposes that the client commits himself for French courses, the rental duration is proportional to the course duration.

This charming , sunny south-facing apartment with terrace is on the first floor of a well-maintained and managed apartment building in a quiet street within the very heart of Nice. It’s an appealing one bedroomed apartment ( 60/65 m2) in a beautiful bourgeois building to accommodate 1, 2, people.

You are within 5 minutes walk to the beaches and the famous Promenade des Anglais .

The apartment is spacious . All the furniture and furnishings, and the kitchen appliances are brand newThe kitchen is modern and very well -equipped with fridge, electric kettle….. .

The bathroom is well fitted with bath/shower facility and wash hand basin. There is a washing machine.

The living-room is leading into the large south facing terrace enjoying stunning views

PRICES PAR WEEK

A WEEK	380€

Fixed price of 380 Euros per week for one or two persons maximum so for 2 persons 27.14 Euros per day and per person..

A deposit is requested and depends on the duration of your homestay.

If something has been damaged or stolen in the apartment , the deposit won’t be restituted

Host Family ****
One option is living with a French family. This is one of the best ways to assimilate to French culture and tradition.Students live the "French life" interacting with their French family in a totally French environment while receiving private, intensive French lessons of 15 to 22.5 hours per week from their own teacher in the host family’s home.

The host families live in residential apartments****. On request, I can send you pictures of the host family apartments.

You can choose your own room (full board), or you may choose to split a double room with another student (half board).Half board means breakfast and dinner, whilst full board means breakfast, lunch and dinner.You can also lunch with your French teacher to extend your consersational courses.

Your stay starts the Sunday before your first course and runs through the Saturday after your last course.

Staying in a host family supposes that the client commits himself for French courses, the duration of your stay in a host family is proportional to the course duration.

Living with a Host Family
Clean sheets are provided during your stay and are changed weekly. Towels are not provided. Students are provided with a key for their accommodations. The host family will arrange for transport for the student from the airport upon arrival. There will be an additional charge for laundry, if necessary. Students are not permitted to invite guests back to their host family’s residence.
