general conditions to learn French in Nice- Personal French Teacher

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Enrolment
Please fill in the application form on line. As soon as I have received your request for enrolment, I shall write to you to confirm it. The enrolment is free. A deposit of 150 Euros is required in advance to book your courses.The deposit will be deducted.In case of cancellation, deposit fees cannot be refunded . The deadlines for cancellation won't be taken into consideration.

Payment
The full settlement of the bill is required at your arrival before the course begins by cheque in Euros,traveler's cheque,in cash or before your arrival by money transfer. All bank charges incurred from students´ transfers of payments made to Personal French Teacher are to be assumed by the student.

Class postponement and course rescheduling

Classes can be postponed in the period you have previously booked.All class hours missed will be rescheduled during the booked period.Outside the booked period, it's not possible to reschedule all class hours missed.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation , please write to me or call me. If a participant leaves a course early, fees cannot be refunded.

The course fees include
Grading test, instruction according to the type of course ( one lesson=45 minutes), teaching aid.

Holidays
Lessons will not take place on Easter Monday, May Day (1 May), Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Bastille Day (14 July), Assumption (15 August), All Saints Day (1 November), Armistice Day (11 November).

Personal French Teacher is allowed to cancel a course if the place of teaching is neither accessible nor safe.For the courses which would be held at hotel, lessons are not given into the hotel room.
