Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally after successful payment. Before purchase, customers should review the product description, licence scope, technical requirements and pricing shown at checkout.
Withdrawal and refunds
Where applicable law gives a consumer a withdrawal right, the checkout flow and terms presented by FastSpring govern the consent required for immediate digital delivery. Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable law, the FastSpring checkout terms and the product terms displayed at purchase.
Faulty or inaccessible delivery
If the purchased download is unavailable, corrupted, or materially different from the purchased product, contact us promptly so that delivery can be corrected. Where correction is not possible, the applicable refund or statutory remedy will be provided.
